Instead of memorizing multiple usernames and passwords, you just need to commit a single master password to your memory. RoboForm allows you to organize your log in credentials for online accounts or local applications, bookmarks, identity cards and more. Log in credentials, bookmarks, identities and other sensitive information can be organized on different pages, which can be accessed via navigation tabs, located on the left side of the interface. You may create new entries for accounts, safe notes and identities on the user interface, but an easier way is to log into your accounts. The software integrates with Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Opera. When you sign into an account, a small window shows up, on which you can save your username and password.

If a set of log in credentials are saved in your database, you can fill in the username and password fields instantly, just by selecting the appropriate option on your web browser. It is also possible to manually save passwords, bookmarks or identities, generate new passwords and fill them in automatically and more. Usernames and passwords can be saved the same way, when you log into a local application. For example, when signing into Yahoo Messenger, you will find additional options docked with the application's interface and you can use them to save your username and password. The next time you want to sign in, you can select an option to fill in the necessary information automatically.

Typing a username and a password is not difficult, but filling in a vast sign-up form can be tedious. This is why RoboForm allows you to create and save identities. After creating a new entry in the Identities section, you will find a series of forms, which you can fill in with your personal information. Just like the usernames and passwords, you can use the saved identity information to fill in one or more forms instantly.
